Matt tells Chris how his agency is using live stream viewings for prospective property buyers to view homes remotely before committing to in-person viewings.
Nicol explains how 10-15 applicants are invited to join the stream from home, with the option to ask the agent questions via an interactive live chat box. He says the live stream whittles down the prospective buyers by around 75% to the most serious applicants who can then undertake a private viewing.
According to Nicol, this approach has saved time, meets consumers’ needs and results in more/better offers.
The founder of the innovative Midlands agency also talks about how his firm has implemented a more comprehensive video strategy, while introducing a quick health check for applicants via an online chatbot.
