For comparison, the three bedroom terraces you can see in the background can go for 100. This property comes out around 350£/sqm. Residential properties in the area start at double that for rough looking places and can easily get up to £2000/sqm for a nice place a few minutes down the road. Does being gutted and inhabitable really knock the price down that much!? Such space and three storeys is extremely special here. I’m also wondering if there are legal ties to what you can use a property for – obviously a HMO is planned and has permission here but is there any kind of bias or legality against a buyer just keeping this to themselves, is that a thing that happens? Thank you
